Expedition Base Set Blister (Venasaur Art)
Release Date: 15th September, 2002.
Elevate your Pokemon collection with the rare and nostalgic E-Series Expedition Sealed Blister. Expedition was the first of three sets in the E-Reader Series released by Wizards of the Coast in September 2002 - it marks a pivotal evolution in Pokemon TCG history, incorporating e-reader functionality, a feature that allowed players to scan their cards for additional in-game bonuses. Whilst Expedition is often overshadowed by Aquapolis & Skyridge that contain highly valuable Crystal cards, it boasts some the best artworks in TCG history with an impressive line up including all three Gen 1 starter evolutions, Mewtwo, Mew & Tyranitar. This factory sealed Expedition blister pack artwork features Venasaur - each pack contain 9 cards with the iconic E-Reader design. A grail item perfect for both vintage collectors and those looking to own a slice of TCG history.
